Terms


We are committed to customer satisfaction; if you are not satisfied with your item because it has been misdescribed please e-mail us within 7 days of receipt of the goods for a full refund.

No refunds can be given for items that have been altered, resized, tampered or damaged in anyway.

We do not refund for buyers remorse

Any returns must be returned by recorded or signed for delivery.

 

Any return from outside the UK must be clearly marked "Returned Goods, Country of Origin UK " failure to do so will incur Custom Charges and extra carrier handling Fees, chargeable to sender.

 

Buyer pays the return postage / shipping. 

 

 

We do not participate in any escrow services, nor do we ship to Indonesia, Philippines, Nigeria or Lithuania

Direct Bank Transfer

Cheque (UK Only)  Cheques will require to be cleared prior to shipping.


Condition & Weights

The majority of items will have been in use for many years and inevitably there will be evidence of use but every attempt will be made to stock items in as fine condition as possible.

Any defects will be clearly stated

Unless otherwise stated, all gemstones are graded and evaluated in their mountings to the maximum extent that the mounting permits. Approximate weights are estimated using standard equipment and calculations. 

Coloured gemstones have been historically treated in a variety of methods to improve their appearance. Unless otherwise stated, all stones and pearls are assumed to be subject to color or clarity enhancement.
